- Standard Shadowboxes and wood base orders will ship within 2 business days.
- Custom Newspapers ship within 3 business days. (Once all custom information is received)
- Customized Sculptures will ship within 5 business days. (Once all custom information is received)
- Customized Shadowboxes will ship within 10 business days. (Once all custom information is received)
- Backordered items will ship within 5 business days.
- Defenders of Freedom sculptures will ship within 5 business days.
- All orders placed on the michaelgarman.com website or by calling The Michael Garman Museum & Gallery® ship from Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.
Damages, Exchanges, and Refunds:
- If an item that we shipped directly to a customer arrives broken, please immediately email sales@michaelgarman.com or call 719-471-1600.
- We allow up to 14 days from receipt of shipment for a customer to report any damage incurred in shipping.
- We recommend that you open your package immediately upon receipt and inspect your purchases.
- We are not liable for damage incurred during the shipment of any item that is not in its original packaging.
- We are not liable for damage reported more than 14 days after receipt of an order.
- An item may be exchanged or returned within 30 days after receipt for a full refund minus original shipping charges, as long as the item is received in new resalable condition.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges on Customized orders.
