Door is an early Cityscape by Michael Garman that was created in 1976. Door is one of many Cityscapes that feature a sign for the iconic Leroy and Bertha’s Bar and Grill (made famous throughout Michael Garman’s work). It also includes one of Michael Garman’s favorite characters – Spence – gazing out the window.
